Customize as many meals as you like by choosing any number of your favorite protein, veggie and carbohydrate combinations. We’ll keep your order on file if you want to repeat it for your next order or you can customize an entirely new meal selection each week. 

If you’d rather the decision be made for you, we can accommodate that, too, with our Easy-Order Prix Fixe Plans.

We lightly season all of our meals with mineral-rich, sea salt from Salinity Finishing Salts. Frisk strives to prepare every meal with only the freshest ingredients from locally grown, sustainable farmers who provide natural produce and grass-fed meats. However, some substitutions may occur depending upon seasonality and availability.

Q: When will my order be ready? Where do I pick up?

Meal orders are delivered every Monday morning. During your check out process you will be prompted to select a Pickup Location. You can find pickup locations and hours here. Orders must be entered by midnight of the previous Thursday for inclusion in the following Monday delivery. You will receive an automated email confirming your order and designated Pickup Location. 

Q: Your meals state 4-oz. portions but they weigh less? 

All of our meal serving sizes are weighed and measured uncooked, which accounts for any disparity.

Q: How will my meals stay fresh until I pick them up? 

Your meals will be hand-packed in our hand-crafted, insulated Frisk Crates. Be sure you are aware of the available pickup times at your designated Pickup Location (some locations have restricted times for pickup). Our crates are designed to keep your meals fresh for up to twelve (12) hours, allowing plenty of time for you to pick them up. We recommend bringing an insulated shopping bag or cooler to transport your meals and refrigerate them as soon as possible. DO NOT REMOVE THE ICE PACKS that are inside the crates. They help provide additional refrigeration.

Q: What if I am unable to pick up my meal plan or the pickup location is closed?

Because we stand by our “Frisk Promise” to deliver fresh food, your meal must be picked up by the end of our Monday delivery day. Pickup hours do not reflect the pickup location’s hours of operation. All meals still left at pickup location closing will be donated to a local food bank. 

Q: Can someone else pick up my meals for me?

Absolutely. At Frisk, we believe in the honor system. You can arrange for a friend or fitness partner to pick up your meal for you at your designated pickup location. They just need to know the name associated with your order. 

Q: What if I get someone else’s order by accident?

Please notify Frisk at (541) 601-7923 as soon as possible and return crate to it’s original pickup location.

Q: What if there is spoilage?

Any spoilage detected must be reported via email or by calling (541) 601-7923 no later than noon the following day (Tuesday) of your pickup. We will make arrangements with you at that time. Please see Meal Tips for storage, heating, and eating.

Our meals are prepared by loving hands, taking care to cook vegetables and carbs al dente, (not too soft; firm to the bite) so they won’t be over-cooked when reheated. Frisk Meals are hand-packed “fresh” (not frozen), every week, inside our specially designed, hand-crafted, insulated crates, guaranteeing meals will remain fresh, up to twelve (12) hours, allowing plenty of time for you to pick up your order. Frisk meals can last up to six days, provided they are refrigerated as soon as possible once you’ve picked up your order.

Before launching Frisk, we searched the best sources for the freshest seasonal foods. And we found them locally. When seasonally available, our meals are prepared with ingredients from local farms, all seasoned with mineral-rich sea salt. Pure. Local. And all natural.

Orders must be placed by midnight Thursday for delivery the following Monday.

Your meal order total must be $55 or more to proceed to check out.

All orders under 60 meals, except Prix Fixe Plans, are subject to a Meal Packing Fee (see Frisk Policy for rate chart).
